Electronic Dictionary

hello. what would u guys suggest as a good and reliable electronic dictionary for both Chinese and Japanese? if possible, I'd like stylus-support too. :-)

I'm not sure those video game ones are very helpful.

There's an iPhone app called "Katakana" I believe which is nice.
