Pro tip/shitty advice: don't do much (if any) self inserting in something like a fan translation. This is distracting and unprofessional - I'd suggest either adding a line under the title screen copyright (if there is one) or adding them in the credits.
If those aren't options, perhaps add "and translated by" instead.
