Hacking eepinator

Hi,
I tried to get "savedata" from original DSCart (New Super Mario) to my R4DS Cart.First I
started "eepinator.nds".I select "DS Cart --> File" in the menu .Next I eject the R4DS and
insert the "New Super Mario"Cart.EEpinator reads the EEprom and say:
Ready to write to FAT.
Then I change back to R4DSCart.
I get the message:fatinit: 0
Error Opening Fat!!
Can someone please help?
I "dldi" patched "eepinator" but I get the same Error.The MicroSDCard of the R4DS Cart
is formated with FAT.

There's nothing else you can do. It's not going to work with the R4 for the very reason that you have isolated. It can't re-initialize the FAT access.

It's a nice effort by josath, but still not possible on most Slot-1 carts ATM.

You probably could write an existing sav file back to a commercial cart with it though.

Slot-2 with Rein or Reinmoon is still the only reliable way to rip the save.
