Homebrew Question Edizon Freeze

Hi all ive done all the googling i can in a 24 hour period and ive came here to beg for help.
Everything is fresh install and up to day but when i open Edizon no buttons are working and there is a arrow on the right side only the home button works from that point onward.
Any tips or advise please .
(Please DUMB down fixes as im a newb to this)
Just want cheats to work
