ROM Hack Editor Tools for Pokemon Games

I'm looking for attack editor tools for 1st Gen (Blue/Red/Yellow) and 2nd Gen (Gold/Silver/Crystal) and text editor tools for both 1st Gen and 2nd Gen (Include Crystal Version)
I can't find these tools anymore but even exist it is not compatible the other roms like pokemon yellow and pokemon crystal I hope somebody help to find tools.
