Is there anyway to edit lines on the ISO image to change the way the game is played. I'm trying to change the group records stat keeping so it records cpu stats. Is there a program that can uncomplie the raw data to hack it?

depends on what game it is and what type of file in the game. there is no way to "decompile"it back into c or c++. you can load the executables in IDA and disassemble or you can try to find some app that can parse the data files on the game like queenbee, u8mii, or reggie, depending on what type of file it is.

Thanks for the info!! it's an ISO file btw. I play it of my dolphin emulator. I'll see if any of those programs can edit the data files on my ISO.... any other suggestions are welcome. Thank you

If you're asking this question, then you're probably not going to be able to do it.
