Yeah I saw it too, on a first glance you don't pay much attention, but being the nature of the game to click and examine every detail on the screen, it wasn't so hard to realize.
Too bad that if you try to examine the boat, you just get a remark about the bridge, I would have loved a comment about it.

On a different note, I think this game is really good, a bit easier then previous titles but quite enjoyable, and the fact that you see your characters on screen makes it for a more natural transition between location then just switch to another screenshot like in previous titles, plus seeing them full-sized ( but in miniature ) makes for more expressive animations ( like when gumshoe starts kicking with his leg when he's getting upset ).
So a very nice package, plus lots of reference to prequels, which if you get, makes it for a funnier experience !

I'm actually on case 5 ( yet to begin ) , and I'm holding off because I like to play the rest of the game on the DSi XL that I'm gonna get next week !
But it's hard to resist............though if I finish it, there would be very little reason to replay it on the bigger screens........
