ROM Hack echochrome clone, seasoned ds dev needed to port

I need to caution first, there is no prize or bounty or anything for the dev who answers this distress call. But you get a cool echochrome clone without a PSP, so why not?

I've still got some work to do, but it's half done (as far as coding is concerned...I don't like to think about making all those xml files for stages).

So this morning I tried to port it to my DS, but, yeah, I get a white touch screen and a black top screen...At least main runs...

I'm a noob at ds development, so can anyone help me in porting this to the DS?

I'll be following the progress of this. My coding isn't good enough to help I don't think. But I have been waiting for someone to do this, a DS version would be awesome.

Update: http://l-echo.googlecode.com/files/n-echo_attempt-3.zip has several fixes (including libfat) I've made.

Come on, at the very least, I just need someone who knows libnds...
