It usually update the day after with a "posted" status. That said, sometimes there's no update for a while like you mentioned, but if the TN are real, at least one person must have had a status update by now

Chinese tracking is in general not really reliable. It will take forever to appear on the site and even longer to actually update the status. Also, those tracking sites seems to go down a lot.

It found 1 item for me and says its in collection.
If it does end up to be real will I be stuck with a PAL vita? I know they're region free but are the firmwares are different? Also id imagine the charger to be different as well. The outlet plug at least.

This is a really nooby question, but can you update it with the north america update? Id like access to the US store.

As far as I know, access to the different store regions only depends on the region of your PSN account.

Intmail takes a little while to update i got 2 packages coming from DealExtreme coming through them and they have not updated those on the system from Friday yet

I've got a US PSVita and the charger/console works in the PAL region just by changing the cord for the charger (costs under $1 for those and you'll probably have a ton of them somewhere around your home if you happen to have any basic electronics (same kind of cable as the PS3 has for example)). Using the EU PSN works just like a PAL PSVita. As the PSVita is region free, you'll receive updates just like any other Sony console. In other words firmware updates don't have region specific versions AFAIK.

The seller seems to be responding to the paypal claims with tracking numbers, I'm guessing fake ones.
