you need a CIA, and be running in RX mode, likely on your Emunand. use FBI to install any CIA files you may have.

Where to get them is beyond the scope of this forum. try google, I guess.

Because it's hard to setup, that's why! XD No, but seriously, my 2DS WILL NOT let me use it. I've tried it all. OOThax is easy to use. Almost permanent entry.

Or just install with Wi-fi without changing theme, it will change itself to basic white.

Well, OOT3DHax is reliable anyways. Just pop in the cartridge and you have the exploit, lol.

there's literally no reason it would be failing other than having no internet, and not setting up theme extdata.

actually don't even need internet, just place the appropriate ropbin at the root and name it menuhaxmanager_input_payload.bin

Obviously I have internet. I'm conversing with you at this moment. I already tried the offline and online setups. Neither worked.
