1- Make NDS Homebrew and post the download link everywhere under the name "Pokémon Black 2/White 2 rom"
2- The NDS Homebrew checks if the card is a crappy fake R4 clone
3- If yes, it bricks the card and tells the user to buy a Wood-compatible card/DSTwo/AK2i
4- ???
5- Profit!

I have a simpler option

1- Change Pokemon Black 1 title screen and name of rom file to Pokemon Black 2 but mess up the text (I am going with replace the font with random Japanese characters)
2- Pokefiends convince themselves they are playing an entirely new game (and from what I have seen of the pokemon series change is abhorred so that is OK).
3- Post patch somewhere to fix the broken text and call it translation
4- During an I R hacker moment it turns out the tools and techniques for Pokemon Black 1 still work.
4- ???
5- Who cares as we have them off our back. Maybe repeat for the White version.
