Oh nice, I recently got a 360.
Even if they drop we'll still be pirating.
I wish i got pirating capabilities on my ps3 T-T, but hell even without pirating gaming is still gamin
But seriously, 60 bucks for a next gen game, my god T-T
Yay , now they'll just start removing even more content from the games and then sell it back to us as dlc
that are bad new's i think, bringing out games which lacks of content just to make the purchasers download the missing parts instead isn't pleasant:. so some developers will of course be motivated to make bigger cash out of this by bringing out half-finished games on the one hand and seperate dlc on the other hand, which perhaps is more expensive than the complete package would be
^ this guy speaks the truth. Sooner or later, we will be paying 10 bucks for the casing, 20 for 1st episode, and 30 for 2nd episode... and etc
this will surely spell doom for us...
Sounds good. Now that hardware prices are somewhat lower for the big 3, they need to move more software. Being at a reasonable price is a great start.
i hope they make fifa 2010 cheaper.
But once you buy the game you have to buy each team separately for $1 each via DLC.
Exactly what I was thinking when I read this. Dark times ahead of us.
It'll probably end up like Dragon Age with quests given to you, but wait. You have to first get the DLC before you can complete it.
that's nothing compared to U$120 (or more) we pay here.
thts kinda a mixed msg here cuz low price is good but as said before, it could result into a worse situation for those gamers who do not buy off DLC (like say if it were to come to africa as many do have ps3)
in australia, i was told new xbox games go for 110 dollars and after 5 months or so drop to 50-60... thts still pretty harsh u know
frankly this idea is total crap coz now if you don't pay you will never be able to complete any game as per say..
I guess you werent around in the n64 era
Exactly... seriously why don't they think of the people that have 256 kb/s connnections are just unable to buy their shit online. EA...WTF are you thinking.
Not seeing much I like in this article. It's gonna end up screwing over gamers and allowing companies to get even lazier with their work. Why would anyone try to use Bobby Kotick as a counter-point and be taken seriously? He's the closest thing to a combination cash-vaccuum/talking ass I've ever seen. The man is a check-cashing joke dressed in a suit.
Great, so now they still want us to pay more for tiny bits of extra game. The only good DLC is free DLC.
