about the content on the eshop.... its (my opinion) mostly shovelware, mostly remakes of classics, or just plain overpriced games...
but lets be patient untill metroid comes out! (meanwhile i enjoy myself with zelda and splatoon, and soon mario!)
There's a decent number of gems on there.
Graceful Explosion Machine if you like arcade style shmups.
Snake Pass, though not an exclusive it's still a unique and good game.
Kamiko, one of my favorites on Switch, it's pretty short but it's cheap so everyone should pick it up. Think 2D Zelda or Hyper Light Drifter with beautiful graphics and a kickass soundtrack.
Snipperclips if you like puzzle games.
Voez if you like rhythm games. Also available on mobile, but there you have to pay for the songs as DLC, the Switch version gives you all the songs for less and they update it with new free content.
And of course Fast RMX, which should need no introduction.
I haven't checked out every eShop game but those are some of the ones I bought. I also bought Thumper which is a pretty weird game but you might like it. I can't really describe it other than it's a sort of rhythm racing/shmup game. Kinda like AudioSurf but not really. You'd have to check out the trailers yourself.
Wonder Boy, Shantae, Blaster Master Zero and Mighty Gunvolt Burst are supposed to be good too, but I don't own them.
