Gaming DX mem sticks out of stock

I have a pair of these http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.15684 , and i recently decided that it would be nice to own one of these http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.15683, but when i looked at DX, i learned that they are discontinued =(.

someone i know from school said that if i get one, he would by one from me. anyone know where i can get my hands on a pair of these?

ive looked at focal price, they dont have the exact same brand as the ones from DX, but they have these http://www.focalprice.com/8GB_Memory_Stick...F113B_7327.html (they are both sony ripoffs, but i know the type of 4 gigs i got from DX work fine)

has anyone tried the brand from focal price?

the memory i have bought from DX has all worked perfectly, although i have heard of it happening.

Yeah, i got a 8 Gig and 2 Gig micro SD card from DX and they work like charms (8 Gig for DS and 2 Gig for PSP with a Converter card)
Just a side note, i wouldnt really suggest a converter card+a micro SD card, it may be cheaper, but the loading times seem a bit longer (Takes like 2 seconds just for my PSP's XMB to fully display stuff, and some of the games are a bit laggier than on my other cards, even with Speed up mem card speed enabled)

I bought two single MicroSD to Pro Duo adapters. One of them had really slow file access time, like, there will be a second or two lag between writing or reading any file. The other one, however, worked fine. Maybe there are bad batches about?

I now use a photofast 2 MicroSD to MS Pro Duo and it works fine.

I have one of these and 2 8gb micro sd's to fill it giving me a 16gb ms pro duo also loading the files on from the menu screen take likes 2 secs sometimes longer depending on the size of the game but once its loaded you can play the games flawlessly

i have the fake mark2 from dx, and im quite sure the one on focalprice is the same thing, but dont expect magicgate to be supported and it to be an official sony product or a mark2 speed
