Hacking DVD Read Error

After I played NSMBW and I Restart it it'll give an DVD read error

so if I need to stop for a moment and after that I want to play it again
than it will give the DVD Read error in Neogamm rev8 beta 12
dvd read error 1209 than I have to wait a few hours and than it will work again

What do I do next
