I'm attempting a rescue operation on my friend's Pokemon ranch population. I need to grab the save file, but I don't need to tamper with the data at all. The thing is, my friend is a homebrew noob and would never hack his vWii on his own, and so I would hate to leave a trace on his Wii U and confuse the hell out of him if he ever sent it in to Nintendo.
Is is possible to boot a save manager straight out of smash stack to extract saves without installing anything? Would this leave evidence of hacking on his vWii? Is there any way to get the save without leaving evidence?
