Hacking Dumping my own cartridges

I know that gateway has it supposedly but I want to do it without joining the brickway community or supporting brickers. I have a n3ds xl 9.0, o3ds 4.5 and can do the usual various such things with it since I'm sure that dmpin gmy own catridge and then converting it and then installing it will not only be faster but is also the only legalish way of doing things.

Citra team made a tool called Uncart.
