Those are from demo game cards, like you'd see on display in stores, or something.

When you start up the Zelda one, it says not to shake the cable connecting the 3DS to the display unit, or something similar.

In the original EmuNAND video there was an option to backup game cards. I wonder if they're planning on including it for the final 2.0 release. That would certainly be nice.

not that I seen the video but are you sure that isn't the save backup feature for digital titles?

At 0:25 there's an icon that says "backup 3DS game cartridge", and the same option also appears in the v1.3c preview pictures. That's all I know. Maybe it's just for saves, maybe it's a dummy icon and doesn't actually work.

That's too bad. I do hope they add it. I'd like to buy some Japanese games but I currently wouldn't have a way to play them. Or if they got their region-free patch working with classic mode, that would be fine, too.

I doubt it was a dummy icon. They have had this feature since GW1.3, I believe there's an obscure reason of why they dropped it for the public release.
