Dumping FMV on PCSX2 (Help?)

Is there a way to dump FMV on PCSX2?
Been trying to dump the FMV for "Dual Hearts"
however none of the videos are dumping?

enable FMV Dumping in the emulator then as you play a cutscene, check your dumps folder, it should dump the individual frames of the video. Unfortunately this is the only way to upscale cutscenes. I'd recommend making 2 texture packs for a game, one with and without FMV upscales.

Alternatively. you can just upscale the FMV's on your end then upload to youtube instead for people who just want to play with upscaled textures only.

alright, you can probably find a way to extract the MP4 file from the game (or obtain it somewhere online) and just upscale and post to youtube then.

Good idea, yeah I'll check out a couple options and see how I can go about it. Thank you
