Hardware Dumb question, but is safe to use controllers paired with a hacked Switch on the Switch 2?

Like the official Nintendo controllers from the NSO subscription, N64, SNES, NES pair, SEGA? Or the Joy Cons for that matter. They've also been updated with a CFW Switch and i do not wish to get banned because i neglected my safety by using controllers from a hacked Switch on a legit Switch 2.

You should be 100% fine! I get the fear however since Nintendo seems to be cracking down on things much more and how they really could track joycon serials if they wanted to. But that's basically impossible and could definitely lead to a mass ban wave from the resale market so everything should be all good to go without a worry in the world
