DualSense not charging while PS5 is in rest mode

The DualSense doesn't charge while the PS5 is in rest mode. I already enabled the PS5 setting to provide power to the USB ports while the PS5 is in rest mode but the DualSense still doesn't charge. The same goes for PULSE 3D.

Maybe get a charging station or charge it via a computer. Might be annoying to do it that way but at least you get a full charge. I personally use the Sony charging station when I'm home and my pc when away and always have full battery but to be fair, when I use my dual sense controllers on pc they are wired.

I already have the former and use it to charge DualSense overnight.

EDIT: Sometimes, if the PS5's USB ports are being used to charge the DualSense/PULSE 3D while the PS5 is in rest mode and I take their USB cables and put them back, they stop charging as well as if I resume the PS5.

EDIT 2: I bought this powered USB hub for the PS5 and I have to use a travel adapter to fit it in my wall socket since it has an US power plug and I'm in Portugal but now I have an annoying whistling noise when it's connected to the power strip even after disconnecting the other devices from both power strips (one is connected to the other one and the other one is connected to a wall socket) and the DualSense and PULSE 3D don't charge if connected to some of its USB ports while the PS5 is in rest mode, which is odd. Also, this powered USB's hub "POWER" indicator is always on and I can't turn it off unless I click the powered USB hub's power strip's switch (for instance). I previously bought this unpowered USB hub for the PS5 but the DualSense and PULSE 3D didn't charge if connected to it when the PS5 was turned off unlike with the other USB hub (though the latter sometimes doesn't charge them too) since it's not powered but at least it didn't make the whistling noise.

EDIT 3: I don't know how but DualSense's USB-C port has moved and to put it back in the original position so I can connect an USB-C cable to it I have to press the controller's touch pad with some force while I connect the USB-C cable. I can also still use the DualSense Charging Station since it doesn't use the controller's USB-C port. Maybe the DualSense's USB-C port moved when assembling the controller after I changed its battery since it was draining fast (I also changed PULSE 3D's ear pads since they had worn off). PULSE 3D makes a noise when turned on and touching around its 3.5 mm audio input jack. Odd.

I bought PULSE Elite and its dongle blinks even with the PS5 turned off if connected to the console's powered USB hub, not to mention PULSE Elite disconnected once for some seconds with its dongle connected to it (the powered USB hub is connected to a PS5 back USB-A port) so I connected the dongle to the PS5's front USB-A port. Also, PULSE Elite makes a buzz-like noise when being charged even if turned off.

EDIT: PULSE Elite disconnected for some seconds with its dongle connected to the PS5's front USB-A port as well.

EDIT 2: Sometimes, after turning on PULSE Elite, its volume is lower than the previous time I used it (though the level keeps the same in the "Volume" bar) and I have to turn PULSE Elite off and on to fix this bug. Odd.
