Hacking Dual CFW help?

Up to now I've been googling, gbatemping and youtubing the past few days and managed to downgrade my New 3DS from 9.9 to 9.2, set up emunand, and got a cold boot working to get to the homebrew launcher and/or reinand. (so basically I'm using reinand atm)

Now for converting .3ds to .cia I see I need rxtools for generating xorpads or w/e. Is there a way I can get rxtools onto my system while keeping reinand? And please help me with the steps, I don't want to re-do everything thanks.

Use Decrypt9WIP to get the xorpads (you'll need a 9.x NAND + Homebrew Launcher or A9LH)
But I don't see the point convert .3ds to .cia since you can download .cia that can be redownloaded from the e-shop using ciaAngel (.cia homebrew) or FunKeyCia (python script)

Well my internet usage is running low and I had already downloaded a nifty .3ds so I'm trying to get the best out of it. xD

If you going to use ciaAngel or FunKeyCia you will need a site that have the titleID and the encKey for the game you want, but I think I cannot link the site

Alright I managed to get Decrypt9WIP on my screen, now what. I have the ncchinfo.bin in the root of the SD already btw, now which option to choose?

EDIT: Nvm, done. End result:

Had to create a folder called Decrypt9 and put the ncchinfo.bin there instead, chose xorpad options and chose the first option there and voila, xorpad files were in the Decrypt9 folder after I unmounted and then I converted the cia to 3ds in seconds, neat, thanks.
