Hacking DSTwo White Screen after Loading any Rom

So i updated the firmware bla bla ect all that stuff. Then i thought lets throw some Roms on this, so i downloaded a few an slapped them on.

Now when i try to load the Rom, it says "loading" and then a white screen uptop an the bottom screen is a Menu with "cheat" ect.

Any ideas?
