Hacking DSTwo Plus DSGame Default Folder

Whenever I load the DSGame plugin, it defaults to looking for NDS games in the root of my SD card, but i put all my games in a sub folder, and would like to default to that folder so the setup files are not seen.

I have read that it is supposed to default to the last used folder, but this does not work for me, no matter how many times i load a game, it defaults back to the root of the SD card.

i am using EOS 1.14 (only one available for DSTwo Plus)
