Try this : reformat card with Panasonic SD-formatter , run tests with HDTach & h2testw using a fast cardreader (my 2gig kingston have RAM=0.8ms READ=20.7 MBs ), put files back on and if its still not good you probably got one of those Taiwan Kingston crap cards .

If it's a 2gb card like you linked, it won't have a class speed.
That's only on SDHC (4gb+) cards.

Still, like he said try Panasonic SD formatter. Also make sure you have the latest firmware on there.
I believe it's EOS 1.07
