I played Pokemon White a long time ago, now I have recently come back to play it. I found that my .NDS file was deleted by my sister but the .SAV file is still there. I was hoping that downloading a new Pokemon White, it would recognize the .SAV file and I could go back to where I was... I have no clue as to how the new Pokemon White .NDS file can recognize my old .SAV file... Is there any hope or would I have to restart?

It should work just fine. Make sure the filename (before the .nds and .sav) is exactly[/i] the same, and it should pick right up on it.
