Fixes 2385

Fixes save load error with Daigasso Band Brothers. Download below.

* fixed the error of saving for 2385 rom (Note: Must be deleting the save file which creating by the old kernel os menu before using the newest kernel os menu v1.12)
* upgrade information library, up to 2385

the DSTT team has been really good this far.
haven't bothered with band brothers yet though.. might try it later.

Okay now i need someone test if it a real fixor not. if it that create a big save or just patch the save

if the litle number in the wifi menu is 100 thats ok!!!!!!!! try to download a song.

If it not that like the fake ACekard fix

If the DSTT team says it's fixed, then it is most likely fixed.

the acekard team say its fixed too, but in fact it is not really fixed, just boot the game.
