Hacking DSTT Clone Can't Play Randomized Pokemon ROMs

So I recently found my DSi R4 lying around. I decided to give it a shot on the 3DS and was delighted it still works.

Then I decided to randomize a NDS Pokemon ROM and play it on the 3DS. But everytime I try to load it, I get errcode=-4. Unrandomized ROM works perfectly fine.

Also TWLoader being still in infancy, doesn't run both the randomized and unrandomized ROM.

Question is - Is there any way to play a randomized NDS Pokemon ROM on a 3DS (or DSi for that matter)?

Using the YSMenu and RetroFanGamer's firmware hack. I've updated the .bin files multiple times to no avail. I've also editted the infolib.bin file to add the game ID I got from r4cee.

Also it's a kinda a ripoff Chinese R4 that I bought quite a while ago.

Help would be appreciated.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
