Hacking DSTT and GBA

I have noticed an issue when playing GBA games on my DSTT with ezflashV 3in1.

Games do not run smoothly when loading a GBA game from within the DSTT firmware (SysOption -> GBA Mode).
When I run a game through GBA ExpLoader 0.58 ((X):Run game in NOR), it runs smoothly.
It also runs smoothly when I run directly from the DS main screen.

For example in pokemon ruby, if I am on a bike and I bike fast, it is not smooth, when loading from DSTT firmware,
but its smooth when loaded through ExpLoader and DS firmware.

Anyone know of a fix for this. I'd rather access from the SysOption button since its easier than scrolling through the list of games.
I'm using V1.17a02. I have the same issue on the Original DSTT firmware as well.

gba mode in dstt is crap...always use gbaexploader,if scrolling is too tiring for you you can just open up your sd(windows)cut/paste all games to a folder,then cut gbaexploader back to where you want it to be,resulting gbaexploader is in the top
