For now you could just make a new folder: 3ds_dsiwarehax_installer/dsiware/4B51394A/public.sav

Just get the public.sav from the attachment.

I own a o3DS XL (with only Sm4sh) on 11.0.0-33 firmware with no homebrew. I also do not own any DSiWare game. Will am going to be able to downgrade with Slowhax/DSiWarehax/waithax (kind a lost haha).

First off you'll need either FreakyForms Deluxe, cubic ninja or the legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time plus powersaves. Then refer to this guide for a compatible dsiware game. You can access the eShop to get this with crt-httppwn after you install the homebrew launcher. https://3ds.guide/dsiware-list.html

Yeah homebrew launcher is the most basic of stuff and is what helps lead to cfw

From what i gather from OP is that he has a non exploited 3ds and has no access to another 3ds. As of this moment the hack outlined in their post requires additional svc such as slowhax.

Edit: looks like i am a few hours behind and there has been new developments

Do not run boot.nds on your a9lh system to downgrade NFIRM: You will absolutely hardbrick from doing that.

You can access the eShop using ctr-httppwn, you just have to exit the homebrew launcher using X (No reboot).
Though all the compatible games for a single system downgrade have been pulled from the eshop.

Just try again, it can happen occasionally. Also, don't worry if you get some kind of error when reaching the Home menu.

Yep it is not compatible with menuhax. Although ANY other entry point will do! Just uninstall menuhax and stick to your OOT!
