Fieldrunners
Legends of Exidia
Guitar Rock Tour
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords

which have been pulled from the eshop everywhere i think. the other games listed on the page you linked are for a different exploit, involving an already hacked 3ds and a system transfer.
