Yeah, so I've finally bought a DSiXL, and am using a DSTWO along an Acekard2i and M3i0. I was wondering, is using these flashcards still allowing me to download anything of the DSIWare, or am I screwed? Will this affect anyhow my flashcard or even my DSiXL?

DSiWare is independent and a flashcard only acts like a game.

Nope, DSiware is not supported by any flash cart at the moment.

The flashcarts don't do anything to the DSi in any way. You can have DSiware along with your flashcart no problem.
