ROM Hack DSIWARE rom dumping possable?

ok so i was wondering if it was possible to dump a rom of the game and watch games for dsiware on the NDSi


not that id do that my self its just im wondering if its even possible to get a rom out of them (not totally meaning they can be run on a emu) but just the sole rom getting dumped.

Not yet, but with further hacking of the DSi, it may be possible.

Think about it, if were possible to dump them they would already be dumped.

I thought it was possible to dump them, but that it was useless since they're keyed to a specific DSi.
I seem to recall a DSi ware game + key file floating around in the hopes of someone cracking it.

Come to think of it, I think at one time I did see DSiWare files somewhere...

If someone could get a hold of that key it would be possible to port them as .NDS files.

Maybe 'key' was the wrong term.
It had the game and DSi info I think, but the 'key' file wasn't what unlocked the game. The DSi need to have that info.


And I don't think it could be ported since the reason it's DSi Ware and not a DS Game is because it requires DSi mode.

You can copy DSiWare games to an SD card (and as such a computer) but because they are locked to one DSi they're useless.
