Nintendo has announced a new DSiware where you will be able to take a picture of yourself and record your own fighter's sounds and fight other people. You can even take pictures of your friends and beat them up. There's also a multiplayer mode. It looks pretty cool.

This has been out in Japan for a while and this was posted on the 2010 thread thing.

FYI, this cost 200 Points in Japan, so odds are it'll be the same here.

It's kinda like Mortal Kombat, if a little dulled down, but with photos. It's supposed to be very fun.

interesting ,weird , but interesting

I can imagine this bringing a whole new meaning to the term "Cock fight"...

But seriously, that looks fun, if just for novelty.

I presume you don't necessarily have to take pictures of people?

The game looks incredibly funny btw, I wonder who came up with the idea

Read about this elsewhere you basically adopt the preset poses and it snaps you and edits you into a rough looking beatem-up type character for the game play ... but hey if its just 200 points then its probably worth it ...!?

MABY!?!

Well, odds are you'll have a lot of shits and giggles with being able to beat up your buddy with random objects, but otherwise it's supposed to be a solid fighter. Nothing as deep as Street Fighter or whatever, but it's more than competent for 200 Points.

hmm... usually u would expect a game in which u have yer photo to be simple but i guess this is very good news considering its gonna be solid
i bet more ppl would have been interested if it were piratable
