Hacking DSiWare on 3DS from SD Card

Hello. I've downloaded a DSiWare title from the internet and I have two files, a .bin and a .lst. I wanna know if there is any way to put this title into my 3DS. Maybe copying it into my 3DS' SDcard, or using a DSi and transferring. I wanna know if there is any possibility. Thanks

Unless something big changed recently, the only way to get DSiware/3DSware is by buying it from Nintendo.
