ROM Hack DSiWare Missing Apps

I have tried doing research on this, but I can't seem to find much help. I'm wondering if it's possible to a)upload a DSiWare game to a flash cart, and b) be able to play titles that have been taken down (for instance, the Domo mini series). If you have any info, please help me out. Thanks.

With a hardmod or DSiHax entrypoint, you can inject DSiWare titles into your NAND as long as you have a TMD from NUS, a forged ticket, and a decrypted game (with a .APP extension) from the 3DS servers (the eShop or freeShop). The Domo series is available in freeShop.

I have a DSiXL that can't be traded in. Can I mod that?

There are not any "good" tutorials yet, just the steps that I linked you to and the (poorly made) YouTube live stream that I made showing the process from start to finish.
