Gaming DSi XL Screen Help - Dead Pixel?

Hello everyone, I have just noticed a black dot on my top DSi XL screen.

My first thought was dead pixel, but when I turn the system off, the black dot turns white.
Any help identifying this would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: The dot is now white, 100% of the time if it is on or off.

if it's not black (which is dead, also known as dead Pixel) other than that it's called stuck pixel

in most case of LCD stuck pixel, it's the same as dead pixel, not really recoverable.
google for stuck pixel you might find solution that probably work out for you (which is usually just display Red/Green/Blue Color for few hours on screen)
