Hacking DSi XL Flash Card Help

I was given a 2nd hand DSi XL that was updated to 1.4.5u. I was also given a DSTTi but i don't think it works with 1.4.5 anymore since it just gives me the "error has occurred" message. I was wondering which flash card would be the best for the dsixl, R4i-SDHC DS or R4i Gold DS
or if there is something better than these 2 for the DSiXL, please let me know!

dstwo is the premier card imho and better than either of the other two. + you get to play the Snes/Gba back catalogue!
