Misc DSI Wi-Fi Problem

As of today i have a problem connecting to DSI Shop and the browser My Internet settings are corect nothing is changed i get the following error in DSI Shop

Error Code: 052210

Unable to connect to the internet
Check your connection setting and access point settings under the
internet option in the System Settings

The weird thing is The Connection bar in right corner is just green And also
Flipnote studio wi-fi is Still completly Working.. What's wrong?
