Hacking DSi still has that shoulder dust problem

I'm sorry, broken buttons really piss me off.

Is there a way to premantly fix this without taking apart the ds? Will compressed air work?

I just blew into it, It worked again, but that sure was quick, after a few weeks.

I've been treating my DSi like a god too, not letting friends touch it and all that...

I had a bad L-shoulder on my DSL, and the shoulders on dsi have been so much better.

Apparently the DSi still has the yellow touch screen problem too.

Now to wait and see if there will still be any hinge problems.

I feel you man, and I'm sorry to hear that they didn't fix that problem

But please, watch what you write here, because we have young member and overall it's not nice, and also, no thing can be "gay", to some people it's very insulting!

As you may see around the forum, we allow a fit "freely speech" so if someone says dirty word now and then, we leave it, but your post was just too much..

To try and help you with your problem, even tho compressed air and blowing into it helped, some people reported that opening your DS Lite (yeah, I'm talking about Lite, not quite sure about DSi) and repositioning shoulder button so it fits on the button trigger better, fixed their problem permanently..
Take me for example, I never had problem with shoulder button, but I modded my casing, and when I was assembling it, I took a really good care of how will shoulder button fit in it's place..Who knows, maybe that helped!

yeah the screen is a bit warm... but not that big a difference...

i have the same problem and am sending the dsi to nintendo for repairs. BALLS!
