Where do you get them? Ive been looking around but I havent found a site for custom shells for my dsi. Can anyone tell me a good, legit website to order them from? Thanks

And can you tell me a legit site to get the screwdrivers needed to open a dsi please

You can try dealextreme, they have some replacement cases:

As for the screws, I believe you need a tri-wing screwdriver and a small phillips screwdriver:

You can find a phillips screwdriver just about anywhere

I think you only need a phillips for a DSi, atleast to open it for sure, because, I have opened mine using a phillips before. And messed around a bit inside with the phillips. That being said, unless you're really confident in what you are doing, I would recomend having someonelse (a proffesional) do it.

ok. so should i take my dsi apart myself if im really careful and use a tutorial video?

I would recommend a tutorial video. Me and my dad almost broke my DS Lite without using one. If you can't find a video, use common sense, and don't rush.

DON'T GET EYECANDY ONES

It cracks easily. the only good one they have is chrome but it's a bit more expensive and the parts are hard to reassemble compared to the other ones for some reason.

Plus it gets all scratched up easily and let's not start with the fingerprints. Oh and the paint on the buttons fade easily to sweat (the power indicator, "start" "select", the lines on the D-pad. everything)

I decided to buy a white case from DX and mix it with the black one that it was originally

Edit: As for taking apart, be careful with the touchscreen digitizer ribbon, it's very thin and fragile. and also the mic wire. fragile too....

I was planning on getting the hologram blue dsi shell cause it looks awesome. Can anybody tell me if its good or not?

What do you mean, hologram? The one with the blue waves on the top?

it's not bad but it's not the best color either
