Gaming dsi R and L buttons wont work right

im having trouble get my R and L working right the R works some times and the L doesn't i try blow on them and i don't have money to send it to get it fixed any thing i can do to get them to work with out sending my dsi to nintendo?

Blow until you get dizzy.
Works for me.
Alternatively you could throw your ds to the floor.
It fixed my L button, the R one still doesn't work without some blowing, however.

I clean them with my teeth, always does the job. If not sending it back to nintendo or if you still have the receit from where you bought it, try replacing it for another one.

It works, but you have to do it every half hour or so depending on how bad the triggers are, and you look like a dork in public.

Ughh i hate replacing my ds. Its a mess.
So Id just blowon it.. ALOT!
Or get a Qtip and make it really small ans clean lol.

Thants what I do. But dont worry. DS are hardy.
Been dropped twice from a 6 foot bin. Still working steadily.

You can pull the button up until it clicks out of place then blow really hard. It worked every time for my DSL.

I always get this problem too. time to BLOW MY DSI. Oh yeahhhh.

If you can't fix it yourself by blowing into the button, then I say try and find a local electronic or gaming shop that does repairs. The repair cost from them will be much cheaper than Nintendo's price (If they do charge) and you won't have to wait to ship it out and get it returned.

i bought a tri wing screwdriver off amazon, took the back off my dsl then cleaned it with white spirit and cotton buds. haven't had the problem since and i did it 3/4 of a year ago.
