Hacking DSi Menu CIA

I was looking for a CIA with the DSi Menu, but EVERY SEARCH RESULT ON GOOGLE is talking about TWiLight Menu++. I want to load the DSi System Settings (it says the cia will work after modifying TWL Nand, but i can't seem to find how to modify it) But i DON'T WANT TWILIGHT MENU++!!!!!!!!
