Gaming DSi LL Potentionmeter adjustments?

So I got my used DSi LL now and I noticed that the top screen is darker than the bottom one and also flickers a bit. I read that can be possibly fixed by adjusting the potentiometers but I know that can also break the screens so does anyone have experience with that and guide me a bit? Thanks in advance!

I found that too but this was for a DSi and not a DSi XL/LL and since the hardware isn't 100% identical I thought I would ask

I did see that but that still didn't tell me much about which is for which screen and how to exactly turn things as I never adjusted a potentiometer before but I atleast figured out which one adjusts which screen so there's that

Yeah I'm usually all for trial and error but not if it's easy to break stuff

Honestly,I do no longer remember which Screw for which Screen.
In the Meantime this DSi is bricked due a unsuccessful "Unlaunch Test"......

Oh sorry to hear But does adjusting the potentiometer feel like turning a screw?

Well I would hate accidentally adjusting the bottom screen as that one is perfect on my LL!
