Ok i just made this thread so people can share ideas about how to hack the DSi or ideas for the DSi after it gets hacked (if it gets hacked

). I want to try to keep it to one post to a user. just edit your post which is where you post your ideas and comments. Lets try to keep it clean to! (no flaming, trolling, ect.)



DSi Hacking Ideas:
DSi Linux
Bluetooth enabled SD card
Homebrew channel (of course)
Emulators in DSi-mode
N64 Emulator (I can explain how we might be able to do this)
Wiimote support (need to use 2nd idea)

And no, there is no way there will ever be a usable N64 emulator on DSi, unless through an iPlayer-style device with extra CPU, but even then it'd have to be a very powerful CPU which would RUIN the battery life of DSi. Basically, it is completely pointless to even HOPE for a usable, practical N64 emulator.

Although I don't like to judge, learn from previous mistakes Saphiresurf. Anyway how is making a bluetooth sd card going to help hack the DSi, we can't get at the sd card until we hack it so its a bit of a paradox. Please don't go through the whole "emulators are always possible" routine again, yes it is possible to emulate the PS3 on the gameboy but no one ever will successfully
