Is there any way to play DSi exclusive games on 3ds with cfw ?

The carts do work, if you’re asking if you can run it without the carts, try TWLoader

TWLoader should support most, however, I don't see them in the compatibility list, so you really need to check manually yourself if they work. If those are DSi Wares (and that's what you mean by "exclusive"), then just find the CIAs for them since they should have been available on the 3DS eshop at one point or another.

I try with R4lite on my3ds but it doesn't work. T-T

R4 and similar don't boot in a mode that supports the DSi enhanced games.

TWLoader (actually nds-bootstrap) doesn't support DSi-enhanced titles in DSi mode.

Your only real option here is the original cartridge.

Alternatively, there *might* be some way to write a DSi-mode homebrew that convinces a flash cart to load a DSi-enhanced title in such a way that it works, but I wouldn't know where to start for that.
