Hacking dsi error occured

i have a 4.1e wii i already installed a lot of ios and those things and i still don't understand softmod fully but i needed to play monster hunter tri and it was told me to use pimp my wii but whenever i used it it said ios 250 is the best and i must use network installation and whenever i pressed that the black screen popped up with dsi error occured this also happens when i install any cios

what do i need to do now
