Hacking ds progmming

i am wondering if anybody knows the programming model for the ds/dsi?
Is there a special program that i can download to make it less of a problem for me?

devkitpro toolchain suite is the homebrew ds developer libraries. Make sure you select devkitARM.

You should probably read the PALib wiki, as its got an excellent guide on setting up the environment
