DS onei supercard not working

Hi pls help! Can someone guide me, I have a DS one i super card which worked fine on the previous DS, however I’m now trying to use it on another DS with v1.4 the card doesn’t work, I don’t have a firmware writer or another DS. I don’t know what to do.

Maybe slot1 has a problem, can DSi read other game cart?
Take a photo of the front and back of your dsonei (confirm it is a real dsonei, eng or chn version).

Supercard official website has Upgrade download and tutorial.
You can upgrade dsonei with your old DS.
.
If you don't have old DS anymore, you can install Unlaunch on DSi.
(Unlaunch allow DSi to use old version flashcart)
