But the games at native resolution on 3DS = same size as DS lite screen no?

EDIT: nvm just watched a video on youtube, native resolution looks really small :/

I don't feel like the issue is exaggerated at all... I compared Zelda: Four Swords side by side on my DSi and my 3DS. It's very clear that the DSi looks better. Also, the 3DS takes a good bit longer to start up the game.

First of all, everyone keeps saying hold start and select, but you only need to hold select, not both. :D

Anyway, some games look good, others don't.

Games with clearly defined pixel art (Pokémon games, Chrono Trigger, Phoenix Wright…) look bad. Hold select while you start them and play at the original resolution. They're still playable and in many cases will look fine.

Games without clearly defined pixel art (Elite Beat Agents, Mario & Luigi series, Kirby: Canvas Curse) look just as great as on the DS.

Some games don't look better either way, or you need it larger. For example, Trauma Center would be waaaay harder with the screen so small.

Are you sure you didn't activate the Screensaving option ?
Yep, absolutely sure. ;)

The new one is better, even if the upper screen is still a tad darker than the other one... Disappointing, but I'll keep it.

Tried to take a few pics comparing "native" versus "upscaled", but my digicam isn't good enough to actually show the differences.
For me, the native resolution wins, hands down, on every game I tried.
